Season Dates

Our Juniors Competitions are for under 10’s through to Under 18’s with games being played on Saturday's at Swan Active, Midland.

To know what age group your child is eligible to participate in, please refer to the age grouping below.

This table applies for the upcoming 2024/2025 Summer Season.

Junior Domestic Fee Breakdown

Team Nomination Fee: There is no fee associated with nominating a team into our competition.

Team Player Registration Fee: When registering to a team, players are required to pay a fee of $120.00. This fee covers your weekly game fees for the entire season.

Individual Player Registration Fee: If you are registering as an individual (and do not have a team), the fee is $145.00. This fee covers your weekly game fees for the entire season and the administration costs associated with placing you on a team.

Jersey: If you're registering as an individual player or belong to a start-up team/club that needs jerseys, the cost for a jersey is $40.00 per person. This payment can be made upon collection of your jersey.

Please note, if you are a new registering participant or team, and you complete your registration before September 13, you will be provided a jersey at not cost. A fantastic incentive to get registered quickly!

BWA Affiliation Fee ($41.75): This fee is established by Basketball WA and is mandatory for all members participating in competitive basketball in Western Australia. It is valid for 12 months, officially making the member an active and financial participant with BWA and providing insurance coverage.

BA Game Development Levy Fee ($5.61): This fee is set by Basketball Australia. All members playing competitive basketball in Australia are required to pay this fee. It is valid for 12 months. This levy is to support the growth and development of basketball.

PlayHQ Service Fee: PlayHQ is committted to continually improving the platform to ensure it provides the best experience it can. PlayHQ has a 1.49% service fee charged to participants on all transactions.
